Stop The Repeal 2026
This upcoming November, Massachusetts voters will face a significant decision: whether or not to repeal the recreational cannabis market in the Commonwealth. Doing so, Massachusetts could become the first state in U.S. history to reverse its recreational marijuana program.
The proposed statewide question would eliminate all legal non-medical cannabis sales while still allowing the sale of medical marijuana. The submitted appeal unfortunately qualified for the November 26 ballot, despite major pushback and shady petitioning.
