Register as a Medical Patient

VISIT AND BECOME A PATIENT WITH COMMCAN

Becoming a patient with CommCan is as easy as walking through the door!

Once approved by the medical program, you will be provided with a temporary Patient ID that can be printed directly from your computer. You’ll receive a plastic ID card in the mail. Once you receive your temporary or permanent ID, you can go straight to CommCan and make your first medical purchase

Upon becoming a new patient with CommCan, you will be provided with a first-time patient discount of 25% OFF of your first medicinal purchase.

SELECTING A PERSONAL CAREGIVER

You have the option of designating a personal caregiver to assist you with your medical use of marijuana.

After your registration has been approved by the Program, you may name up to 2 personal caregivers who are not currently designated by another patient, unless that personal caregiver is your immediate family member.

RENEWING YOUR MEDICAL CARD

Four Steps to Renewing as a Patient

  1. Renew Early 
    You may renew your registration up to 60 days before expiration.
  2. Verify Your Patient Certification
    If your Patient certification has expired, you must visit your Certifying Health Care Provider.
  3. Log into Your Account
    You’ll need your username, password, and the PIN you originally used to register.
  4. Update Information
    Make changes to your name, address, or other vital information.
